Had facilities needed in my small room, including tea and coffee making equipment, multi-channel TV, and a writing desk. The location was perfect, a 10-15 minute walking distance from a 15th-century Dominican church: D
The staff was not very helpful.

Very close to the train terminal. We were able to leave the hotel 6:45 and catch the 7:00 train. The room had a very nice balcony with a stunning view of the city. The air conditioned worked well and the bathroom was good. The rooms are equiped with a convenient frigobar.
The breakfast is fair, although some items could be better. The orange juice was not cold and no ice was avaliable, but this is minor stuff.

Realy nice hotel in the center of florence. Tricky to arrive by car as you have to cross traffic restricted areas, which you are allowed as hotel guest to pass. the front desk gave us a detailed city map and explain us the main points to visit. Breakfast was ok, but only italian standard. We would take it a second time.

Convenient parking, prompt assistance for ZTL waiver, proximity to local attractions
Room upgrades should include actual balconies with furniture!!! More electric plugs would enhance convenience, and a minor touch-up on the bathrooms could vastly improve the shower experience.

The location is convenient, close to transportation hub.
The staff there is ... depending on the individuals. We met one lady and gentleman staff who are nice. But anoter guy, just so-so. The aircon is old, and the reception refuses to give us the remote control to adjust anything.

The hotel location was really great, so easy to find, and safe. Hotel facilities were so good. My room was big enough with a great bathroom, nice bed and refrigerator, so clean and good air conditioner. Everything was great with my room. The internet was working everywhere in the hotel. I loved my stay in this hotel and it really worth the value. Nice breakfast (lower than what it was in a 4 star hotel but upper than other 3 star hotels). Personnel were not that much talkative and friendly like my Rome Hotel stuff but with no doubt they were great and helpful people. Thanks a lot for everything.
I didn’t find anything bad for this hotel, maybe just the breakfast saloon was underground and I would like it to be on upper floor.
